Tallink Grupp have two main brands: Tallink and Silja Line. Tallink brought The Sound Agency on board to express and differentiate their two brands through sound and improve their customer experience.
Sonic branding strategy
The Sound Agency created an entire suite of sonic assets, including differentiators for the sub brands. These included sonic logos, brand music and variations, on-hold music and voice-announcement alert sounds. We also created a range of zonal soundscapes for Tallink’s vessels.
