Sound now helps reflect the freshness of Pink Fish’s food. It’s being rolled out across restaurants as they open.
First launched in Oslo and rolling out worldwide, Pink Fish is a new fast-food concept featuring fresh, international flavours featuring the sea, and especially Norwegian salmon, as the star of the show. In designing the clean, modern stores, Pink Fish management wanted to deliver an experience for all the senses, including bespoke sound.
We designed a differentiated experience in Pink Fish’s two main customer zones. For the welcome zone where customers select and pay for their meals, we created a surf-based soundscape to reflect the freshness of the food. For the eating zone, our music partner OpenEar created an energy-enhancing brand-appropriate music playlist.
The bespoke sound is now rolling out across all new Pink Fish restaurants as they open, from Scandinavia to Singapore.
