Sound helps reflect the freshness of Pink Fish’s food. It is being rolled out across the brand’s restaurants as they open worldwide.
First launched in Oslo and now rolling out globally, Pink Fish is a new fast-food concept featuring fresh, international flavours of the sea, with Norwegian salmon as the star of the show. In designing its clean, modern stores, Pink Fish’s management wanted to deliver an experience for all the senses, including bespoke sound.
We designed differentiated experiences for each of Pink Fish’s two main customer zones. For the welcome zone, where customers select and pay for their meals, we created a surf-based soundscape to reflect the freshness of the food. And for the eating zone, our music partner, OpenEar, created an energy-enhancing, brand-appropriate music playlist.
The bespoke sound is now rolling out across all new Pink Fish restaurants as they open, from Scandinavia to Singapore.
